Job description

  • As a Marketing Manager you coach and manage a team of 4 marketeers and you help to determine the priorities of your team.
  • Based on the business strategy you develop the global marketing strategy and convert that into a concrete action plan with measurable KPI’s.
  • You have a track record in managing a (global) marketing team with many stakeholders (media agencies, regional marketers, freelancers, internal staff members).
  • You care about the identity of the company and you work out a strategy around brand recognition.
  • You develop a communication and marketing plan towards the reseller network and you make sure they receive all the marketing insights, marketing guidance and product information to make us a top-of-mind brand and boost the sales of the products.
  • You assess the current strategic positioning of the brand across all (digital) channels; website, social media network, product review platforms, partner platforms and develop an optimization plan.
  • You are able to measure, optimize and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns/initiatives to assess ROI against target metrics/KPIs (experience with marketing automation software preferred).
  • You work closely with product management and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans.
  • You lead and inspire regional marketers with their local channel campaigns to help them drive new customer/partner acquisition and brand awareness.
  • You continuously identify innovative and creative new ways to maximize lead generation, brand development, marketing-to-sales conversion and customer loyalty in collaboration with the channel partners.
  • You are able to improve efficiency through optimization of process and workflows in combination with the right tooling.
  • You contribute to the definition and implementation of the ideal partner engagement platform (tooling) and track/stimulate usage and guarantee proper adoption by the channel.
  • You define and maintain a channel communication and channel engagement plan.
  • You maintain the global event calendar and lead the organization of our global events
  • You manage the PR activities and invest time in building a network of press and media relations.

Profile

  • You have a Master/Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field with at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • You are a hands-on person; able to act on both strategic and operational level.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of industry or customer segments, development of personas and lead generation programs.
  • Excellent knowledge of multi-level marketing principles, practices, tactics and digital tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record of building strong relationships with business partners and suppliers.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written). French is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-growing environment.
  • Flexibility with hours will sometimes be required in this role due to working with stakeholders working in other time zones and occasional international travel (up to 25%).
  • Desire and passion to aggressively increase the company revenues and brand.
