Tasks

  • Collect, process, replay and analyze group level pre-sales requests and needs of the sales teams to continuously improve effectiveness and quality of pre-sales process, information and materials available to the sales teams;
  • Pre-sales support on Invibes Advertising Platform capabilities;
  • Process pre-sales campaign events tickets - identify and analyze root causes and work on solutions to reduce pre-sales related campaigns events; 
  • Assist in production, distribution and maintenance of group pre-sales materials: master decks, manuals, guides, research, one-pagers, special offers, benchmarks studies, etc;
  • Be a central point of contact for the requests about Invibes proprietary advertising formats - industries and clients benchmarks, best practices, case studies, top of the funnel formats selection recommendations, top demos etc;  
  • Adapt group marketing materials and draft original group pre-sales materials - international pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers, special offers, research and analytics; 
  • Develop and support pre-sales and sales enablement function across all Invibes markets.

Profile

  • You have a higher degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Operations management. Relevant courses and trainings is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales support;
  • Working in the international environment is a serios plus. In an international environment would be a serious plus
  • Analytical and structured mind - the ability to identify root problems, connect dots, attention to details though still seeing a big picture to offer actionable solutions;
  • Excellent English writing skills and experience in drafting proposals and pitch decks;
  • Understanding of sales analytics, market research, online advertising KPIs;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-teams in a fast-growing international sales organization;
  • Experience of working with CRM and sales enablement solutions;
  • Advanced user of Excel (reports, analytics) and PowerPoint (pitch decks).
