For a market leader in the dental world, comprised of a number of international companies around the world, we are looking for an Account Manager Flanders. This group develops, manufactures and supplies dental implants, instruments, CADCAM prosthetics and biomaterials for use in tooth replacement and restoration solutions or to prevent tooth loss.
The Account Manager sets up a business plan that implies both strategy and execution for the region that has been appointed to him/her. You maintain a professional and commercial relation with the customers and attract potential customers to get on board with the company.
You collaborate with the Area Sales Manager but also with peers and various internal departments such as Marketing and Customer Service. You may participate in projects and represents your region at fairs and exhibitions.
You are keen on keeping our data up to date and make sure that your actions and plans are aligned within your team and with your manager.
You will plan your visits to dentists, specialists, dental surgeons and technical laboratories. You know how to switch effectively between different customers and translate the customer demand into a total solution with the products and services.
You have impeccable negotiation skills and are a true networker.
You have the hunter-attitude to meet deadlines and targets, but you also balance this attitude with our long-term relationship strategy with your customers.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Ideally you have a background in the dental/medical devices industry.
Have good command of Dutch and English both verbally and in writing.
You are disciplined when it comes to maintenance of our CRM with your regional data.
