Our client is a leading player in the sector. For their Belgian operations, they are looking for an experienced interim director to lead the fiber division.
Assignment
You will be responsible for the operational and strategic performance of the fiber activities in Belgium. You will manage a core team, a network of subcontractors, and ensure timely, high-quality, and profitable project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a division strategy focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage finances and optimize costs.
- Establish a robust delivery framework with clear KPIs.
- Ensure technical quality, safety, and compliance.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and subcontractors.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and local authorities.
Profile
- Extensive experience in leadership roles within fiber and/or telecom.
- Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong people manager with excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual (NL/FR) with a good command of English.
