We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Manager (ad interim) with a proven track record in attracting highly specific and niche profiles for a renowned government organization.
You will be integrally responsible for leading and optimizing internal and external recruitment processes. This includes:
Strategy:Developing, implementing, and adjusting recruitment strategies that align with needs.
Full Lifecycle Approach: Guiding the entire recruitment chain, from intake to onboarding.
Selection Management: Activating publication methodologies, providing end-to-end guidance for the selection process, including candidate selection with tools, interviews, reports, and feedback.
Process Optimization: Actively contributing to the optimization of recruitment procedures and processes, including KPIs and recommendations.
Events: Participating in internal and external events (e.g., job fairs).
Innovation: Introducing best practices and lessons learned for advanced recruitment processes.
Success Factors: Identifying success factors for an optimal recruitment process and developing a concrete action plan for them.
Background:
A minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in environments with highly qualified professionals.
You possess thorough knowledge and experience with various recruitment tools, processes, methodologies, and media channels.
Additional training in selection, recruitment, or assessments (certified) is a plus.
