Process-, people- and customer-oriented

  • As Mass Market Projects Manager and by managing 5 project coordinators, you are in charge of ensuring exceptional customer experience from the whole contract to delivery process namely the intake, project preparation, project follow-up and administrative closure.
  • The customer care team for all solar/EV related aftersales requests is composed by 3 employees and is also under your responsibility. This involves the follow-up and evolution of the front-office teams (contact centers) as well as the management of the back-office/second line working at TotalEnergies Solutions Belgium.
  • Key success factors of this role include top-notch process management for delivering customer projects, implementation of outstanding customer experience and solid solution oriented mindset. You drive teams and partners towards those goals.
  • Others tasks such as collection & dunning, follow-up of customer satisfaction and operational KPI’s are also activities set up by yourself.  
  • You ensure smooth collaboration with the rest of the company, namely sales representatives, planning, technicians, installers, procurement.


  • You hold a master degree in engineering (or assimilated) with at least 5 years proven experience in customer B2C related activities, delivering projects.
  • You have an analytical mindset, easily working with structure and numbers.
  • You demonstrate a strong customer-driven mindset and have an eye on continuous improvement by working on processes or bringing the necessary change.
  • With a collaborative and engaging approach, you create a climate where people are motivated to work together to help the organization achieve its objectives.
  • You are rigorous and organized.
  • You can communicate clearly to different stakeholders.
  • You are a team player, you can work autonomously and set yourself priorities.
  • You demonstrate strong integrity.
  • Knowledge of the solar or electric mobility sectors is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, and English is an asset.
