An interim management assignment has an average duration of six to seven months. We are committed to working together to bring the assignment to a favorable conclusion within that time and to make the collaboration a successful experience for all parties involved.

Of course we will not send you out onto the ice unprepared. Together we will delve into the content of the assignment, discuss your plan of action for the first weeks and agree clear KPIs.
