As part of the expansion of their business and to meet the growing demands of their OEM customers, Feronyl is looking for his/her new Industrialization Manager.
Being responsible for the successful transition from prototype to series production, you will directly report to the COO and act as the technical referent for injection tooling and the optimization of industrial processes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Define the optimal technical and economic solutions (repair, modification or manufacturing).
- Design and modify 2D/3D technical plans and prepare intervention files.
- Establish technical and budgetary estimates.
- Manage the modifications and optimizations of molds and tools.
- Manage technical projects (laser welding, subcontracting, modifications).
- Contribute to R&D projects and improve production performance.
- Plan and coordinate internal and subcontractor interventions.
- Manage orders for tools, parts and consumables.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing / 5S actions related to tooling and processes.
- Support teams in optimization and maintenance, capitalize and share best practices.
Profile
- Trained as an engineer in mechanics, plastics processing or industrialization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a plastics/injection environment.
- Good command of CAD (2D/3D) and drawing tools.
- A solid understanding of the mold manufacturing processes is a must.
- Experience or interest in continuous improvement (Lean, 5S).
- Analytical and synthesis mind, natural leadership, ability to mentor technical teams and a strong "field" orientation.
- A perfect command of English is imperative. The French and Dutch are major assets for working with all our partners.
