  • You are responsible for the sales of energy product instruments and solutions for the region Antwerp, Limburg and the Flemish part of Brabant.
  • The product portfolio is highly innovative and includes several generators like e.g. the USG-410, the world’s first and smallest generator which activates both hybrid (Thunderbeat) and ultrasonic (Sonicbeat) energy in a single unit.
  • You give support and product information towards health care pofessionals (nurses, surgeons, biotechnicians, …), mainly in the fields of general surgery, gynecology, urology and ear, nose, throat surgery.
  • During your onboarding, you are intensively trained on the products so you can build up technical knowledge and expertise in the energy portfolio, in order to assure and reinforce the company market share.
  • You analyze the customer’s needs in order to propose the correct technical solutions.
  • You prepare and negotiate technical offers, customized to the customer.
  • You attend demonstrations, fairs and congresses.
  • You are responsible for your own planning and follow-up of customer visits.
  • You keep your eyes open to get to know the market, products and competition.
  • You are responsible for prospecting and the realization of your commercial targets.
  • You can count on the know-how and coaching of the Sales & Product Manager to whom you report.


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of commercial experience.
  • Preferably knowledge of hospital environment and healthcare trends.
  • Fluent user of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch, you are fluent in English. A profesional knowledge of French is an extra asset.
  • You are a commercial expert with a strong drive for results and strong negotiation skills.
  • You are resilient and can cope with failure.
