Position

Partner up with the Sales Teams to drive sales execution and strategy

• You are responsible for the monthly sales and margin reporting. You provide accurate management information and reporting.
• You monitor monthly performance and explain variances or irregularities when comparing with the budget.
• You take the lead in the preparation and coordination of the yearly sales budget process. You consequently provide monthly forecasts, and monitor goals and objectives.
• As a real business partner to the Commercial Teams, you participate actively in the individual business reviews.
• You advise on financial consequences of margin optimization and customer profitability.
• You drive the implementation of business intelligence tools and dashboards and you care for data accuracy and process standardization.

Profile

• You hold relevant experience in a controlling role (financial, commercial, business).
• Your mindset is highly analytical, precise and accurate.
• You are a team-player and have excellent communication skills: you have impact because of your style and your expertise.
• You like a pragmatic working environment and take matters into your own hands.
• You are a master in Microsoft Office applications and preferably have experience with working in SAP tools and Power BI.
