For an international client, we are looking for a Head of IT ad interim.
Our client is looking for an experienced Interim Group Head of IT (6-12 months) to centralize their global "office IT" strategy and enhance cybersecurity.
The Challenge:
Currently, local offices operate independently regarding hardware, networks, and local servers. You will be responsible for:
- Strategy Design: Developing a centralized corporate IT strategy that balances security with flexibility.
- Harmonization: Standardizing processes, software, and hardware (LAN/WAN, MDM, telephony) across all regions.
- Governance: Devising a group IT budget, managing local IT managers/suppliers, and building a business case for centralizing key functions.
- Security: Implementing robust cybersecurity protocols in collaboration with the CISO.
Your Profile:
- Experienced Leader: Strong background in IT management within medium-to-large international environments.
- Ecosystem Expert: Deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure (Entra/AD), and MDM platforms (e.g., Intune).
- Strategic & Assertive: A strong personality capable of analyzing complex local requirements and enforcing common ways of working.
Focus:
You focus on "office-related" services and infrastructure, rather than centralized business platforms like Salesforce or ERPs.
