Driver of business, revenue growth and client satisfaction

  • You are responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with strategic and global key accounts for the business of Prismatic Parts. Primary objective is to maximize sales opportunities, drive revenue growth with existing and new accounts, and to ensure client satisfaction.
  • You establish long-term partnerships and act as SPOC for all customer-related needs and questions. You work closely together with the IGW teams to deliver outstanding and customized service and solutions.
  • You develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives. You are always on the lookout for new business opportunities.
  • You negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements. You ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements and you are competent in interpreting (cost) calculations, financial information and P&L statements.
  • As a networker, you gain a broader understanding of the market environment (both economically and technologically).
  • You report directly to the Sales Director and are part of a team of Key Account Managers also based in Oostkamp.


  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a technical sales position in an international industrial environment. A background/experience in production of mechanical components such as gears is an advantage.
  • You have a high technical curiosity.
  • Your negotiation skills are excellent.
  • You like to build strong partnerships and are driven by result and excellent service.
  • You act as a linking pin and have a positive impact on the teams. You are driven by professional honesty towards the different departments and customers.
  • You are a strategic thinker with an operational mindset.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally.
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbally) in Dutch and English.
