Our client is an international professional services organization currently undergoing a major finance transformation. With multiple parallel software implementations running concurrently—including an ERP system (Microsoft Business Central), FP&A, consolidation tools, and a data warehouse—you will act as the crucial bridge between the Finance and IT departments.

What will you do?

  • Drive Structure: Move decision-making and project tracking out of unstructured email threads and into centralized digital platforms (e.g., Jira, monday.com).
  • Translate Requirements: Systematically convert business needs from Finance into formal, written specification documents for the technical developers.
  • Ensure Quality: Define structural test scenarios, ensure they are executed in dedicated test environments, and secure formal sign-offs from the business.
  • Plan & Coordinate: Maintain an integrated project plan, map data flows, and align stakeholders across multiple international regions.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ERP and/or finance project management.
  • Solid and proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central is mandatory.
  • Excellent diplomacy and stakeholder management skills; you can navigate conflicts and drive decisions without holding formal authority.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Practical details

  • Engagement: 80% or full-time.
  • Duration: Initial 6-month contract, renewable in 3-month cycles.
  • Location: Brussels region (Hybrid, approx. 2 days/week on-site).
  • Start Date: As soon as possible.
