5+1 Compas®

In this training, you will learn to objectively evaluate functions using the 5+1 Compass® valuation methodology. You will analyze and score functions according to this recognized Belgian model, accepted by trade union partners as well. You will understand how function weighting is not an end in itself but a cornerstone for an integrated HR policy that helps achieve organizational ambitions. Additionally, practical valuation exercises will be provided to ensure your successful completion of the Compass exam.

• The number of participants is deliberately limited to a maximum of 12 people to ensure individual guidance for each participant.

After completing this training course:

• Understand the difference between functions, roles, and competencies.
• Grasp the strong interconnection of job classification with other HR processes within an organization.
• Master the principles of the 5+1 Competency Model® and the 5+1 Compass® valuation methodology.
• Be able to independently weigh and manage functions in CompasOnline©.
• Take the certification exam for 5+1 Compass®.

This 5-day training course can:

• Be delivered both online and in a classroom setting.
• Be organized both intra- and inter-company.

The cost for this 5-day training is 3300 euros per person. Interested parties can also opt for an in-house Compass training. The difference is that the instructor conducts the training at the interested party's company, making it easier for multiple employees within the company to attend. The fixed price for this in-house Compass training is 10,000 euros, regardless of the number of participants.
