During this training course, you will learn how to use the Hudson Psychometric Tools in your procedures. You will gain insight into the different reasoning tests, personality questionnaires, motivational questionnaires and electronic in-tray exercises.
We extensively practice how to use these tools and how to correctly interpret test results in order to obtain an integrated view of a candidate's or employee's strengths and development points.
You will learn to translate the test results into concrete advice for your managers and well-founded feedback for the participants.
