Key responsibilities

  • As the Account Manager, you set up a business plan that implies both strategy and execution for the region that has been appointed to you. You maintain a professional and commercial relation with your customers and attract potential customers to join Straumann.
  • You collaborate with the Area Sales Manager but also with your peers and various internal departments such as Marketing and Customer Service. You may participate in projects and represent your region at fairs and exhibitions.


  • You are the right candidate when you convince us of your commercial capabilities, your negotiation skills and ability to network. Good social skills are a must. You have the hunter-attitude to meet deadlines and targets, but you also balance this attitude with long-term interests.
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant experience. You have good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ideally you have a background in dental/medical devices industry.
  • You are disciplined when it comes to CRM-maintenance with your regional data.
