Job description

To support our continuously growing business among international clients in Brussels, we are looking for experts in assessment and development centers.  

• You are part of evaluating the management potential of candidates for international management positions, using the assessment center technique
• This means that you participate in interviewing candidates and in evaluating their performance during behavioral simulation exercises like role plays, group discussions, in-tray and presentation exercises.
• After discussing your evaluation with colleague assessors, you are also responsible for writing your final conclusions and recommendations in an assessment report on each individual candidate.

Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree, and an interest in HR and psychology.
• You are fluent in English speaking and writing (min C1 level). Having a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• You have 10 years of experience in evaluating the management potential of individuals.
• You have a methodological background in different selection techniques, preferably in the assessment center technique or extensive experience in management & leadership development.
• You are available to do assignments in Brussels at least one day per week.
• You are client oriented, quality driven and like to work in a challenging and fast-paced
• You have a strong ‘can do’ mentality and you passionately want to make a difference for your customers.
