Head of Shared Services Center ad interim

We are seeking a Senior Finance Leader a.i. for a high-impact, two-phase mission within the energy sector:

• Drive a global finance transformation and lead the migration to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Transition to full operational ownership of a hybrid Shared Service Center and BPO governance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• Proven track record in SSC/BPO models, finance transformations, and SAP projects.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, Local GAAP, and tax compliance.
• Fluent in English, plus Dutch and/or French.
• Brussels-based with approximately 10% international travel.
