Position

Pattyn is currently a successful multi-site business with a clear ambition of growth. To achieve this, we are looking for a builder and a change agent, inspired by the challenge of professionalizing a growing organization while maintaining its core DNA.

As a Key Member of the Leadership Team, you will be the driving force behind the transformation of our current organization into a strong Pattyn Group structure.

Your Role:

  • Strategic growth partner: you work in close collaboration with the CEO and senior leadership, providing the HR insights and organizational design necessary to support the growth plan.
  • Architect of the Pattyn Group HR structure: you design and build the HR foundations for the future. You establish the metrics, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational effectiveness needed to scale globally.
  • Driver of Transformation: you manage high-impact change projects. You are the catalyst for fresh ideas, challenging the status quo and inspiring the team through the evolution of the business.
  • Talent & Leadership Catalyst: you oversee the full life cycle of recruiting with a focus on key management profiles. You ensure to have the right people in the right locations to drive performance across all Pattyn sites.
  • Culture & Communication: you ensure that communication remains transparent and impactful. You foster an environment where agility, ownership and continuous improvement are embedded in the way of work.
  • International synergy: you leverage the global strength of the Duravant HR platform to accelerate the Pattyn Group's success. In this role, you have the autonomy to tailor strategies that fit the unique culture while staying connected to a world-class international network.

Profile

  • You hold a master degree or have equivalent work experience.
  • You have a proven track record as an HR Director in scaling/transforming organizations in a complex industrial and international multi-site environment.
  • You have proven leadership skills in coaching, inspiring, and developing both the HR team and senior management.
  • You can pivot from high-level strategy to the practical execution of these initiatives.
  • You are a critical challenger and a true asset to the company and its long-term strategy.
  • In terms of personality, you stand out for your decisiveness, leadership, and integrity. Communication and stakeholder management are among your key strengths. Additionally, you are entrepreneurial, punctual, and flexible, allowing you to operate effectively at different levels.
  • You are proficient in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus. You will effectively act as a mediator and advisor.
  • You have an international mindset and are willing to work abroad (approximately 35%).
