Job description

  • As Digital Brand Manager, you develop and execute the global marketing plan – covering all key touchpoints of the brands PrimaDonna and Marie Jo:
    • D2C communication calendar with strong 360 campaigns
    • Implementing relevant content for all communication channels (website/brochures/digital/POS)
    • B2B communication calendar & relevant tools to support the retail partners in close cooperation with Trade Marketing and the Wholesale Team
    • Developing a strong relationship with the Design, Digital and Sales teams in order to provide a consistent brand experience throughout all channels
    • Focusing on the ROI of the campaigns and analysing the final results looking for future improvements.
  • You plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns.
  • You implement effective media strategy in collaboration with media agency.
  • You monitor & evaluate digital campaigns against agreed KPI’s and measure effectiveness (ROI) and recommend improvements as needed.
  • You develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • You evaluate important metrics that affect our website performance (SEO, traffic, target audience)
  • As a people manager, you work closely together with 2 Junior Brand Managers. You guide them in the different marketing activities and help them grow and develop.
  • Within the marketing team, you are one of the key team members together with your colleagues; the Communication Manager, the PR Manager and the Trade Marketing Manager.
  • You support the Wholesale Team by developing strong, relevant and commercial tools, arguments and Collection presentations that focus on the USP of the Brands and their collections.
  • You track and review the business (sell-in & sell-out), against agreed KPI’s and optimise business plans in order to reach the objectives.


  • You have a master’s degree, preferably within Commercial Engineering or Economics, and you have a passion for fashion.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years relevant digital marketing experience. (experience in the fashion or luxury industry is considered a plus) in a consumer driven, digital environment.
  • As ‘digital native’, you are experienced with e-commerce, email and social media marketing, CRM management, brand awareness and SEO.
  • You are a team player and people person. You are a challenger and you know what it takes to bring out the best in people.
  • You have a commercial mind: you get a kick out of seeing the positive impact of your campaigns on sales.
  • You are hands-on, pragmatic and able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • You are good with numbers and know how to analyse a complex business
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
