Position

  • You develop and implement the reward strategy of the Group to include incentive plan management, salary benchmarking, pension management, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.
  • You optimize current compensation & benefits programs/processes and implement new reward initiatives at a global level.
  • You will be responsible for global mobility and set up intercompany transfers.
  • As a business expert in all matters relating to compensation and benefits, you provide advice to key stakeholders and to the HR teams of all the business lines.
  • You manage Group insured benefits, including private medical, Group Income Protection, Life Cover.
  • You guarantee compliance with labor, social law, tax and immigration law.
  • Conducting formal and informal market surveys, undertaking analysis of the compensation market and proactively sharing insight into compensation trends are part of your job.
  • You lead the core cyclical reward activities including annual salary review and bonus payments.
  • Managing benefits change projects including working with brokers to manage benefits packages, creating benefit tools and material and streamlining processes are under your responsibility.
  • You design and implement compensation and benefits structures for new markets.
  • You manage all executive reward processes, proposals and prepare Remuneration Committee papers.
  • You hire, lead, engage, reward and develop members of the Total Rewards team.
  • Reporting to the Group CHRO and being part of a large global HR Team.

Profile

  • You have minimum of 10 years' experience in total rewards leading role at a worldwide level within an industrial company
  • As an analytical thinker, you are able to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information, combining these elements to global framework.
  • With your financial insights, you easily interpret the main direct and indirect risks and costs as well as the local differences in employment law and context to make better business decisions.
  • As a proactive problem solver, you formulate sustainable and pragmatic solutions and execute them in a hands-on way.
  • With a customer-centric mindset, you manage and challenge the business’ expectations.
  • You connect and cooperate efficiently with the diverse stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills in English, Dutch and French, both written and verbally.
  • Willing to travel occasionally (between 10-20%).
