Job description

Our team is focused on strengthening and expanding public organizations by assessing and developing the competencies of the individuals and teams who work within them. To support our continuously growing business for international public sector clients, we are looking for experts in assessment and development centers.

  • You advise our clients on the selection and development of their expert profiles and leaders.
  • You are an expert in assessing potential through assessments and development tools and methodologies. You conduct assessment centers : interviewing experts and executives from public international institutions and evaluating their performance via behavioral simulation exercises like role plays, group discussions, in-tray and/ or presentation exercises.
  • You write qualitative in-depth individual profile reports for each candidate. You provide recommendations for growth, give personalized feedback and support individuals to create a personal development plan.
  • As a seasoned professional in the field, you connect meaningfully with expert and executive level candidates, acting as a sounding board in their professional journey.
  • You proactively expand your professional network and you leverage your expertise to build strong, partnerships with clients.
  • You develop our business, together with the team, and show the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • You will be an ambassador for our Talent Management Public Sector team and contribute to the innovative and dynamic approach Hudson stands for, keeping Hudson top of mind as a partner for future Executive projects with existing and new clients.


  • You have min 8 years of experience in mapping leadership potential of individuals at executive level.
  • You have extensive experience employing different selection techniques, preferably the assessment center technique or extensive experience in management & leadership development.
  • You see the potential in each individual, group and organization.
  • You have a track record of performing as a highly valued and inspiring advisor for your team members, your clients and your candidates.
  • You are fluent in English speaking and writing (min C1 level). Having a good knowledge of French can be a plus.
  • You can reflect critically. You are client oriented, quality driven and like to work in a challenging and fast-paced consulting environment.
  • You’d like to grow as an HR professional and further refine and develop your professionalism and methodology.
  • You have a strong ‘can do’ mentality and you passionately want to make a difference in the field of mapping and advising public sector institutions in their leadership potential.
