Job description

  • As a consultant, you work closely with the client’s team. You support the team in translating their business challenge into concrete projects, making analyses, gaining insights into market and customer profiles, making strategic decisions and putting them into practice.
  • Your customers are responsible for sales and marketing within leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • You gain the necessary insights from the analysis of business processes, interviews, workshops with the business experts and possibly from the interpretation of market research data.
  • You develop, articulate and implement with your clients inspiring and innovative digital opportunities and plans, both short term and long term.
  • You identify GAP’s in your client’s current models to accelerate digital transformation and lead actions to overcome them.
  • You develop collaborative external partnerships with industry experts and networks, seeking to identify and review new digital trends, developments and technologies.
  • You inspire your colleagues and clients with best practices, learnings and opportunities.
  • In this role you report to the COO.


  • You have a master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in consultancy, market research or within a pharma company. A doctoral experience is also considered.
  • You have a solid knowledge of the pharma sector or show a great interest in it and you understand the healthcare system, structure, market dynamics and customers decision processes.
  • You have a good understanding of the use of digital solutions within the pharmaceutical industry (eDetailing, Websites, Mobile, Campaign management etc.) and knowledge of Salesforce.com / Veeva.
  • You have a track record of developing and delivering innovative omnichannel programmes and projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
  • Your analytical mind, flexibility, empathy and presentation skills are important for the performance of your job.
  • Your excellent communication skills and assertiveness, help you to quickly build a relationship of trust with the customer.
  • You are willing to travel up to 30% of your time.
  • You speak and write English very well, and any other language is welcome.
