Right hand of the Finance & Administration Manager

Function

• As a right hand of the financial & administration manager you are responsible for a fluent and efficient flow of the administration. You are responsible for the sales and purchase administration of the office and for more general administrative tasks.
• You provide support regarding the financial analysis, budgeting and periodic reporting.
• You manage the import licenses and certificates and provide support and advice in this matter to the other offices of the Netherlands and UK.
• You are involved with multiple fiscal and VAT related requirements of the company.
• You coordinate the external audits.
• You report to the financial & administration manager.

Profile

• You have a higher degree or equivalent through your experience in a finance & administration support job.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge and practice in another language is an asset.
• You work conscientiously and have excellent administrative skills.
• You feel good in a smaller team where there is a good connection between colleagues. You appreciate the vibe of an international multinational context.
