IT Manager ad interim

What You'll Do: 

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for leading the IT team (3 FTEs) and ensuring seamless IT service delivery. Your primary focus, however, will be on information security. You will: 

• Lead the effort to strengthen internal security protocols. 

• Inspire and train the IT team and the organization to adopt a security-first mindset. 

• Identify and address risks and vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure. 

• Actively contribute to improving security in line with the ISO 27001 standard. 

• Ensure smooth and secure IT service delivery to the professionals who serve our client's customers. 

Who You Are: 

We're looking for a proactive and expert professional with a proven track record in IT management and information security. You have: 

• Extensive experience in a leading IT role, preferably within a service-oriented environment. 

• In-depth knowledge of and experience with information security systems, with a strong preference for ISO 27001 certification. 

• Excellent communication skills; you can clearly explain complex issues and build support for new initiatives. 

• An analytical and pragmatic approach to solving security challenges. 

• Fluent command of both Dutch and English.
