Director Fiber ad interim

Assignment

You will be responsible for the operational and strategic performance of the fiber activities in Belgium. You will manage a core team, a network of subcontractors, and ensure timely, high-quality, and profitable project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a division strategy focused on growth and customer satisfaction.
• Manage finances and optimize costs.
• Establish a robust delivery framework with clear KPIs.
• Ensure technical quality, safety, and compliance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and subcontractors.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and local authorities. 

Profile

• Extensive experience in leadership roles within fiber and/or telecom.
• Knowledge of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong people manager with excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (NL/FR) with a good command of English.
