We are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Manager (ad interim) with a proven track record in attracting highly specific and niche profiles for a renowned government organization.

About the role:

You will be integrally responsible for leading and optimizing internal and external recruitment processes. This includes:

  • Strategy:Developing, implementing, and adjusting recruitment strategies that align with needs.
  • Full Lifecycle Approach: Guiding the entire recruitment chain, from intake to onboarding.
  • Selection Management: Activating publication methodologies, providing end-to-end guidance for the selection process, including candidate selection with tools, interviews, reports, and feedback.
  • Process Optimization: Actively contributing to the optimization of recruitment procedures and processes, including KPIs and recommendations.
  • Events: Participating in internal and external events (e.g., job fairs).
  • Innovation: Introducing best practices and lessons learned for advanced recruitment processes.
  • Success Factors: Identifying success factors for an optimal recruitment process and developing a concrete action plan for them.

Background:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in environments with highly qualified professionals.
  • You possess thorough knowledge and experience with various recruitment tools, processes, methodologies, and media channels.
  • Additional training in selection, recruitment, or assessments (certified) is a plus.
  • FR or NL (with good knowledge of ENG)
