Your delivery areas
- You manage and develop your portfolio of existing accounts
- You explore business opportunities and grow your portfolio by prospecting new accounts
- You partner with your customers and work out tailored solutions for their projects
- You manage the entire flow from opportunity to negotiation while liaising with all departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, Pricing) both in the pre-sales and post-sales stage
- You deliver upon commercial and financial targets (within Group pricing strategy)
- You prepare activity reports, sales projections, market reviews and innovation opportunities
- You visit customers and prospects across the Benelux

- You report to the Sales Director
Profile
- You are commercially driven and rely on a first commercial experience of 1 - 4 years
- You enjoy being in front of customers and easily connect with (new)contacts
- You combine analytical skills with conceptual and creative thinking
- You are an excellent communicator towards internal and external stakeholders
- You take ownership and show flexibility and results orientation
- You are proficient in Dutch, French and English
- Experience within the packaging business is a plus but not a prerequisite
