Position

  • As a Sales Enablement Specialist within the Public Sector you actively manage the seller experience by providing integrated sales resources that simplify the seller’s job. You provide the systems, processes, material, resources and training that allow the successful execution of seller responsibilities.
  • You are the glue between the sales and marketing operations and ensure that the right information, in the right format always could be delivered in the right way by the salesperson.. Content, training and coaching are the three pillars of sales enablement.
  • You look for opportunities within the selected verticals and you find pre-existing solutions that can be scaled up with careful planning and training of the relevant sales person.
  • Finally you disseminate the knowledge trough the different departments.

Profile

  • By analyse the market demands and future requests in detail you inform the sales teams and strategic account teams about the direction required to be successful in achieving growth.
  • Experience or affinity within the public sector is a strong plus.
  • You are not afraid to dive into the facts & figures to work on reducing internal complexity by eliminating non-sales distractions and streamlining the sellers’ workflow
  • As a strong communicator you know how to move projects in the right direction.
  • You have the ability to apply technical data knowledge in order to drive results significantly and support management decision.
  • Working from home and some short business trips are no problem for you.
