Job description

As the Sales Administration & Finance Manager you will primarily manage the back-office team.

Once you have mastered the processes and got a feel of the organisation, you will enhance your scope to overall finance management.

The Sales Administration & Finance Manager reports directly to the General Manager Benelux.

Your main responsabilities are:

  • Managing and coaching the sales administration team;
  • Managing responses to tenders, writing commercial offers and drawing up contracts;
  • Organizing the follow-up of daily billing and customer reminders;
  • Securing the office performance and ensuring the team members are easy to reach;
  • Organizing the procurement of spare parts and ensuring proper stock management;
  • Continuously improving the CRM functionality;
  • Managing the P&L in close collaboration with the General Manager;
  • Providing the General Manager with initiatives for the human resources policy (Benelux);
  • Overseeing daily and monthly accounting in collaboration with the accountant;
  • Ensuring employee payroll administration is handled correctly in collaboration with the external partner.


  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in managing a commercial back-office team.
  • Experience in accounting or finance management is an asset.
  • You know how to motivate and coach a team and present yourself as a true teamplayer.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude.
  • You have a good knowledge of the French, Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.
